I will almost always answer within 24 hours (usually sooner).
Real-Time Chat
We will do a little experimenting with choosing a set time each week for
me to be online for a live chat. I will announce those times both here
and in the announcement section.
Telephone
Some problems/questions just can't be handled with email and require a
phone conversation. We will handle these situations on a case by
case basis.
